Workplace safety inspections are an essential part an effective and compliant safety program.  The findings can be utilized to identify and mitigate hazards, as well as detect trends or prevent contributing factors of mishaps.

    • Report notations are categorized into three categories:

    Coded Green = Work or action is acceptable

    Coded Yellow = Additional action may be required for compliance

    Coded Red = Dangerous conditions exist
