SMTI Facility

Our 3,000 sq ft suite is located in the Original Rainier Brewery building in Georgetown, Seattle. The rental comes complete with a small kitchen, a waiting area, a hands-on teaching area, and two equipped (screen, sound, etc.) classrooms.

Rental package can be customized. You can rent the facility for the whole day or just a couple of hours - you decide! Rental includes coffee, kitchen access, and parking.
