• Development and implementation of Accident Prevention Plans
• Perform Site Specific Orientation for all employees including subcontractors
• Develop and implement Safety Incentive Programs
• Respirator Fit Testing
• Noise Level Monitoring

Incident Management

• Conduct Accident/Incident Investigations and Near Misses
• Assist with Labor & Industries issues/citations
• Provide Expert Witness Testimony

Site Audits

Construction Project Audits which include but are not limited to:

• Job Hazard Analysis (JHA's)
• Hazard Recognition with Corrective Action Recommendations
• Assist in Disciplinary Action, if required and document
• Provide a written report with photos
